Hailey Hall

Hailey Hall joined the Worthington Wealth Management team in December 2025 as the Manager of Administration. 

Hailey manages the firm’s day-to-day administration and ensures every client is taken care of with timely, thoughtful support. She is focused on staying ahead of client needs, finding practical solutions, and delivering the level of service Worthington Wealth Management prides itself on.

Hailey brings several years of prior experience in the financial services industry, where she supported advisors and clients in areas such as account administration, onboarding, compliance coordination, and operational workflow improvement. Combined with her MBA and degree in Business Forensics, this background equips her to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen long-term client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s continued growth. 

Outside the office, Hailey serves as a Community Chair for the Finance Board of the South-Western City School District, where she supports financial transparency and community engagement. She enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband, Jacob, and their three daughters—Reagan, Kennedy, and Lincoln.
